Monarch Title Company is opening a new location in Osage Beach. This will be in addition to their locations in Columbia, Jefferson City, Boonville, and Brookfield.

Monarch Title was opened in November of 2001 in Columbia by Maureen and Mike Dalton. Since then, the company has expanded to serve four communities in Missouri, and the office at the lake will make its fifth location.

Maureen Dalton still serves the company as its Chief Executive Officer. Chuck Bowman is the President and a shareholder, and Jon Dalton and Julie Haden serve as Executive Vice Presidents.

Chuck Bowman says he was approached by realtors and lenders from the community about opening an office at the lake. They then had the opportunity to hire Stacie Bennett, as recommended by a local lake realtor, and they felt the timing was right to bring an office to the lake.

“Stacie is a local and has her real estate license, so she has the background and knowledge to handle the title insurance business,” Chuck says. “She knows the importance of excellent customer service.”

Chuck says that Monarch Title’s commitment to customer service always expands beyond their normal office hours, as they offer closing services that best fit the customer’s needs. “We will go to people’s homes and businesses to do closings if that makes it more convenient for our customers, we can also do them in the evenings or on Saturdays.” Chuck says.

Chuck’s experience with the Lake of the Ozarks community makes him excited for the opportunity to bring Monarch Title’s services there. “We look forward to providing excellent customer service and working in the great community at the Lake of the Ozarks,” Chuck says. “I had the privilege to work and be a part of the wonderful lake community for several years and know first-hand how supportive the community is to any business that is engaged and gives back to the community.”

Monarch Title’s new office will be located at 3524 Osage Beach Parkway, Osage Beach, MO 65065, and its normal office hours will be from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday. For more information, please call 573-693-1207 or email
