Restoration Eye Care, formerly Timothy D. McGarity M.D., broke ground on a new medical facility Friday, June 6 at 1410 Forum Katy Parkway. The new medical facility will house a cataract clinic, LASIK clinic and ambulatory surgery center.

“Since 2011, the practice has grown to the point where we are at maximum capacity as a clinic,” said Chris Danforth, Restoration Eye Care’s director of marketing and patient service representative. “I believe that we are Columbia and mid-Missouri’s premier provider of restorative eye care, and this facility will enable us to care for our patients needs.”

The practice has been at its current location in the Broadway Professional Park since 2001.
